The power LED which will light up red when you have 5v connected and present

The EDID light which will light up blue whenever the EDID ROM is present. This is a good indicator that your CPU or GPU is running

The green differential pair lights will light up if you have D0, D1, D2 and clock signals present, indicating video and audio data is passing successfully

The red power LED will blink if you have more than 5.4v present on your 5v rail
