This listing is for 1 x RAM IC taken from PS5 donor boards. This RAM will be reballed using 0.45mm leaded solder balls and ready to install onto your board.

Some boards use different memory manufacturers. If you are unsure on the RAM you need please get in touch with pictures. We can identify your requirements and guide you on the parts required.

Please be completely sure you need this item. There are absolutely NO refunds. No exceptions! This item is fragile, and must be installed by a micro soldering specialist. Diode readings are taken of each IC pulled BEFORE removing from the board to confirm the IC works. The IC is then flooded with low melt solder paste underneath the IC and removed at safe temperatures from the opppsite side of the board. By heating from below the board, no direct heat is placed on the IC itself. It takes longer to do but is a lot safer for the IC.
